There is not much information on the Internet for Audiocodes equipment. Even when you think you have figured everything out there seems something new. Its hard to tell if your hardware is working the way it should.

The best way to know is usually to compare with others and see if you have similar stats. There are also many factors that can cause the stats to be off. Lets just say that you have some good ip phones (no grandstreams or other china made hardware) and good switches.

I have pulled the stats off an Audiocodes thats been running over a months time at a clients site.  I wanted to take note of this setup because from a users perspective it has been working really well. There have been no caller id issues or worse dropped calls (take that grandstream users!)

This Audiocodes is using the Open Source version of Asterisk 1.4:
